Position 1: Junior Customer Service Specialist
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Graduates of years 2020, 2021 & 2022 G.C. with BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, economic science or connected fields with minimum accumulative grade point average of three.00. Or one year small Finance establishment as client service specialist or a pair of years of service on sales in any service organization.
Experience: No previous expertise is needed.

Position 2: Customer Service Specialist
JOB REQUIREMENTS: BA in Accounting, Accounting & finance, Banking & Insurance, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or alternative connected fields with one year of expertise or sheepskin (Level 4) within the same fields with three years of expertise in banking operation, client service operation in banking industry; of that a minimum of one year as a Junior client Service Specialist or a pair of years of small finance expertise.
