Position: Tutor  

Department Academic Department  Location Ethio International Study Centre, Bisrate Gebriel  Reports To Academic Manager  Contract Type Full- Time  OVERVIEW  Ethio International Study Centre College affiliated with NCUK is seeking a  largely  good and  devoted transnational Teacher to join our academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high- quality instruction, fostering a dynamic and  inclusive learning environment, and contributing to the academic and  particular growth of our different student body.  Position Tutor   Open Teaching Positions  

  1. Math/ Physics  
  2. 2. Biology/ Chemistry  
  3. 3. Business Economics  
  4. 4. EAPPU  5. Computer science  

Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Education; a Master’s degree is preferred. 

  • A recognized teaching certification or applicable teaching qualifications in applicable subject. 
  • A minimum of 4 years of teaching experience related to delivery of Western syllabus and pedagogies or an international/ multilateral setting. 
  • Familiarity with the NCUK curriculum and  transnational foundation programs is an advantage. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. 
  • Proficiency in integrating digital technology( ICT) into teaching & learning practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  

Instruction and Class Delivery 

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and rigorous lessons aligned with the NCUK curriculum. 
  • Use a variety of teaching methods and educational resources to meet the different learning requirements of students. 
  • Assess student progress through constructive and summative assessments, providing formative feedback and support.
  • Integrate technology effectively into teaching to enhance learning outcomes.  

Pupil Support and Development 

  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom terrain that encourages active participation and respect for artistic diversity. 
  • Provide academic and pastoral support to students, addressing individual  requirements and promoting their well- being. 
  • Examiner and report on student progress, maintaining accurate records and communicating with parents guardians as necessary.  
  • Professional Development and Collaboration 
  • Participate actively in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational stylish practices and advancements.  
  • unite with associates to partake coffers, strategies, and expertise, contributing to the overall enhancement of the academic program.  
  • Engage in class development and review processes to ensure  nonstop  enhancement and alignment with NCUK standards. Extra-Curricular Involvement 
  • Contribute to the development and  perpetration ofextra-curricular activities that enrich the students’ educational experience. 
  • Support and participate in school events, including open days, orientation sessions, and parent-  schoolteacher meetings e.t.c  Compliance and Professionalism 
  • Adhere to the school’s policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity. 
  • Ensure compliance with NCUK regulations and guidelines, contributing to the college’s commitment to quality assurance.
