Position 1: Senior Human Resource Development Officer (Training Coordinator)
Job Summary
Participates and assists in preparations of mortal resource development and race plans of the company
- Designs training need assessment( TNA) questionnaire that supports mortal capacity building programs;
- Knowledge of induction and training coordination
- Facilitates and coordinates in- house and outsourced trainings
- Prepares and submits periodic training performance reports
- Good oral and spoken communication skills
- Job Requirement
- Qualification BA degree in Human Resource Management, Management or other related field of study from a recognized University.
- Experience A minimum of five( 5) years applicable experience in business organization

Job Requirement
