EthSwitch is the National Switch owned by all banks (private and public) operating in Ethiopia, the National Bank of Ethiopia, MFIs, PIIs, and PSOs. EthSwitch is mandated to Create Interoperability between financial institutions, Implement Domestic Payment Scheme, provide National Payment Gateway, serve as Central Inter connectivity for clearing & settlement and provide Shared Platform/ Infrastructure services. Position 1: Brand Identity Designer
Qualification
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in brand identity creation.
- Proven experience turning brand strategy into visual identity.
- Experience working with related organizations in Ethiopia, or a strong understanding of the Ethiopian digital financial market.

Position 2: Focus Group Discussion (FGD) Research Consultant
- The FGD consultant will possess the following qualifications
- Minimum 5 years Proven experience in conducting research related to marketing specific to focus group discussions.
- Experience working with similar organizations in Ethiopia, or a strong understanding of the Ethiopian digital financial market.

Position 3: Administrative Secretary/ Senior Office Manager
Qualification
- BA in Management or related fields of studies
- 5 years of applicable work experience
- Competence in MS Office and Publisher and ethical behavior
