Kabridahar University was established in 2015 under Proclamation No. 349/2015 and it's one of the fourth-generation public universities in Ethiopia. It's located in Kabridahar City, Korrahey Zone, Somali Regional State, Ethiopia. In the academic year of 2017/2018, the university received undergraduate students as its first batch of students. Initially, The Ministry of Education assigned around 1,200 students to Kabridahar University in 2017/2018; however, the university received about 800 students in that academic year. At present, Kabridahar University consists of five colleges
