Digaf Finance Credit Provider invites fresh graduates for the sales officers job position. Digaf Microcredit Providers, a tech- based microfinance institute, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ethiopian Ministry of Labor and Skills (MoLS). The partnership will allow the two signatories to grease access to affordable digital loan products for low- and medium- income individuals. institute aims to provide financial relief to middle to lower- income individuals through the operation of technology in the financial sector. Digaf’s digital product offerings will include buy now, pay later financing and targeted loan products for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs)
Position 1: Trainee Loan Officer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for helping others and making a positive impact on the community.
- former experience in microfinance or related field is preferred but not required.

Position 2 Junior Loan Officer
Job Description
- As a Junior Loan Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission to provide microfinance services to underserved populations. You'll be responsible for
- Client Acquisition Identifying implicit clients through colorful channels, including community outreach programs and referrals.
- Loan Processing Collecting necessary documentation, verifying income and creditworthiness, and processing loan applications.
- Client Counseling Providing financial education and guidance to clients, ensuring they understand the terms and conditions of their loans.
- Loan Portfolio Management Monitoring loan repayments, identifying implicit risks, and taking applicable measures to mitigate them.
- Relationship Building Developing strong relationships with clients and community members to foster trust and loyalty
Job Requirements
