Position 1 – Real Estate Surveyor  

Required Qualification and Experience  Education Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field  

Experience 1 year of experience in real estate sales or marketing  Strong understanding of the real estate market  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  Ability to build relationships with implicit clients  Ability to work independently and as part of a team  Must be suitable to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends  The Real Estate Surveyor is responsible for generating good implicit clients for the real estate company by conducting surveys, attending networking events, and being present in high traffic areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate request and be suitable to identify implicit clients who are likely to be interested in buying property.  

Responsibilities  

Conduct surveys of implicit clients to determine their interest in real estate  Attend open houses and network with implicit clients  

Identify implicit clients who are likely to be interested in buying property  

Qualify implicit clients and determine their budget and timeline  Schedule  movables  for implicit  guests with telemarketing agents  Track and report on the number of  good leads generated  

Position 2 – Executive Administrative Assistant  

Required Qualification and Experience  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field  

Experience 2 years of experience in real estate sales or customer service  

Strong communication and interpersonal skills completed in Microsoft Office Suite  

Ability to work independently and as part of a team  

Must be suitable to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends  

The Account Manager is responsible for managing the relationships with existing clients and ensuring that they're satisfied with their real estate experience. This position will involve developing and maintaining relationships with guests, identifying and addressing their requirements, and providing them with timely and accurate information. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate industry and be suitable to build rapport with clients.  

Responsibilities  

Regularly update & maintain communication with clients, agents, administrators, lenders, etc.  

Identify and address customer needs  

Provide timely and accurate information to clients  

Resolve customer complaints  

Track client satisfaction  

Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met  Input all client information into a client database system.  

Coordinate title, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes  

Manage property inventory of the Developers  

Schedule 30-day, 90-day & 120-day client customer service follow-up calls to assist with any home improvement provider recommendations, update on the progress of the property development, and ask for referrals.  

Position 3 – Real Estate Field Sales Agent  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field  years of experience as a real estate sales agent  Strong sales and negotiation skills  

Excellent written and verbal communication skills  Ability to work singly and as part of a team  

Ability to meet and exceed sales goals  Strong customer service skills  

The Real Estate Field Sales Agent is responsible for generating new leads and sales for the company. They will work independently, without the use of office facilities, to identify and qualify implicit clients, and to close deals. The ideal seeker will have a strong understanding of the real estate request, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make connections with clients.  Responsibilities  Identify and qualify implicit clients  

Generate leads through cold calling, door-to-door sales, and networking  

Schedule appointments with implicit clients  Present properties to implicit client  

Position 4 – Real Estate Sales Consultant  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field  years of experience as a real estate sales agent  Strong sales and negotiation skills  

Excellent written and verbal communication skills  

Ability to work  singly and as part of a team  

Ability to meet and exceed deals goals  Strong customer service skills  We're looking for a highly motivated and educated Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and a proven track record of success in sales. You'll be responsible for relating and qualifying leads, developing connections with clients, and closing deals. You'll also be responsible for marketing properties and providing excellent customer service.
