Brief description of the Programme The goal of the Better Migration Management III (BMM III) Programme is to enhance the mortal- rights primarily based management of secure, orderly, and common migration and to help competent/ public authorities address the trafficking of mortal beings and the smuggling of migrants inside and from the Horn of Africa. The BMM III programme has three components

- Protection. The Programme is commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and financed by the European Commission and can be implemented from October 2022 to September 2025. The implementation is facilitated by an Implementing Partnership consisting of IOM, UNODC, CIVIPOL, the British Council, and the lead agency GIZ. The Programme’s intervention associate countries are within the Horn of Africa area Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Somalia, and Uganda. The Intern is expected to
- Assist in implementing the three elements of the BMM program in Ethiopia.
- Assist the Regional Coordinator( RC) and program employees with their executive and program help duties.
- Assist in maintaining a superb move of communication and information between associate institutions, counterparts, and GIZ BMM.
- Assist the finance and specialized employees in liaising with partner institutions relating to fiscal agreements.
- Organizes and coordinates appointments for BMM Programme employees, as directed
- Assists the finance supervisor and specialized advisors in facilitating the preparation of financial and specialized reviews from associate organizations that have monetary agreements with BMM( grants, native subsidies, financial agreements, and repair contracts).
- Assist the BMM M&E point of interest in updating the BMM Annual Work Plan and Beneficiary Tracker.
- Assisting the communication point of interest in gathering data on forthcoming occasions and making ready social media posts
- Assist in preparing and organizing data materials for program staff, workshops, training, and/ or meetings.
- Helps set up and doc occasions, training conferences, shops, and seminars
- Assists with transcription and restatement from Amharic to English
- Collaborates in making ready customer packages and trip schedules with different BMM workers.
- Assists with organizational and executive duties in addition to different duties associated with the diurnal workplace routine.
- Assists in travel administration for companions, making certain all documentation is full.
- Maintains the information board for responsibility journeys and leave days.

Qualifications
- University Degree in Law or any Social Science field.
- Fresh graduate graduate
- Good working knowledge of English Other knowledge, fresh competencies
- Excellent working knowledge of ITC technologies( related software( phrase, excel, PowerPoint), phone, fax, email, the internet) and computer applications(e.g. MS Office);
- Good self- organizational expertise;
- Discipline and punctuality;
- Meeting guests and guests in a friendly manner; and
- Maintaining confidentiality and observing information protection and related guidelines were respectable.
