Goh Betoch Bank S.C. is looking for interested and qualified applicants for the following Job positions. Goh Betoch Bank SC, the first private mortgage financial firm, is officially set to open its doors as of October 25 as the 21st bank at its headquarters. Goh Betoch Bank S.C. was founded by 11 visionary individuals, expert bankers, investors, and academicians who have a strong devotion to their country and people.
The reasons behind the inception of this, first-of-its-kind or pioneer private mortgage bank in Ethiopia include a huge housing backlog, unaffordability of houses due to the rising cost of construction, patient inflation, and poor housing financing scheme in the country, among others.
The Bank was set up by 6,657 shareholders with a sum of Birr 1,056 million subscribed and Birr 521.5 million paid-up capital. Following three years of establishment process, the Bank completed all the nonsupervisory requirements and secured its license from the National Bank of Ethiopia (NBE) on July 28, 2021.
Position 1: Junior Accountant
Educational Level and Work Experience Minimum of BA Degree in Accounting/ Economics/ Management/ Business Administration/ Accounting and Finance or a business-related field of study with 2 times work experience in Banking operations, experience in Finance process is preferable.

Position 2: Junior Digital Banking Officer
Educational Level and Work Experience Minimum of BA Degree in Accounting/ Economics/ Management/ Business Administration/ Accounting and Finance or business-related field of study with 2 years of experience in banking operations out of which 1 year of Digital Banking experience

Position 3: Junior Brand and Promotion Officer
Educational Level and Work Experience Minimum of BA Degree in Marketing/ Management/ Economics/ Business Administration and related field of study with 2 years of related work experience. * A certificate in Digital Marketing and Creative design is preferable.

Educational Level and Work Experience Minimum of BA Degree in Management or Economics Accounting & Finance Marketing or Banking & Finance, Business Administration, and any business-related field of study with 6 years of work experience in banking operations out of which 2 years in a supervision position.

Position 5: Customer Service Officer III
Educational Level and Work Experience Minimum of BA Degree in Management or Economics or Accounting & Finance Marketing or Banking & Finance, Business Administration, and any business-related field of study with 3 years of related work experience in Banking operations

Position 6: Manager-transnational Banking Business
Educational Level and Work Experience Minimum of BA Degree in Accounting/ Economics/ Management/ Business Administration/ Accounting and Finance or business related field of study with 6 years of experience in banking operations out of which 2 years as a senior officer level in International Banking area.
