Position 1 Branch, Accountant and Account Clerk
Required Qualification BA in Accounting/ Accounting & Finance( IFRS, Peachtree Accounting, Computer instrument is obligatory.
Work Experience 1 Year and above Accountant and Account clerk work experience and computer skill is obligatory The roles of the Branch Accountant and Account clerk are to post individual client ledger, reconcile general ledger & individual customer ledger, produce bank statements perform all accounting activities of company towards the achievement of the objectives of the Organization.
Performs all other activities assigned by the Branch Accountants.
Place of Work 4 for( Sebeta),( Adama),( Kera) and Kolfe) branch
Position 2 Branch Manager I
Required Qualification BA/ BSc in any business field, and pass in different MFI trainings like credit and default management, IFRS, risk management, savings mobilizations.
Work Experience 2 years related work experience or 3 years as senior Customer service office/ operations officer Experience in MFI. The role of the Branch Manager is to plan, organize, coordinate, lead and supervise the functional activities and personnel of Branch towards the achievement of the objectives of the Organization. Performs all other activities assigned by the Operations Manager.
