VisionFund Micro Finance Institution (S.C.) is an institution established under proclamation No.
40/96, with the aim of providing financial services to the productive poor in both rural and urban areas of Ethiopia. VisionFund is currently operating in four of the country's regional states.
VisionFund MFI is currently seeking candidates for the following positions.
Successful candidates will have the necessary skills and experience that meet the following requirements:
Position 1: Corporate Customer Relationship Officer
Education/Training: Bachelor's degree in banking and finance, economics, accounting, business administration, management, marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Preferably 3 years of relevant experience in banking, microfinance, corporate relationship management, resource mobilization, business development, or financial services, with proven experience in managing corporate or institutional customers.
Terms of Employment: Permanent
Salary: As per the institution's salary scale
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 2: Attorney
Qualification and Experience Requirements:
- Diploma in law and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of local language, communication skills, and computer skills is an advantage.
- Familiarity with civil and commercial codes and analytical skills.

Position 3: Senior Corporate Customer Relationship Officer
Education/Training: Master’s/MBA/Bachelor's degree in banking and finance, economics, accounting, business administration, management, marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Preferably 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in banking, microfinance, corporate relationship management, resource mobilization, business development, or financial services, with demonstrated experience in managing corporate or institutional customers.

Position 4: Manager, Human Resources Operation
Education/Training: Master’s degree in management, accounting, banking and finance, business administration, or related fields with 6 years of experience, of which 2 years should be in a managerial position.
- Or a bachelor's degree in management, accounting, banking and finance, business administration, human resources, economics, or related fields with 8 years of experience, of which 3 years should be in a managerial position.

Position 5: Manager, Legal Advisory Division
Education/Training: Master’s degree in law with 6 years of experience, of which 2 years should be in a managerial or supervisory position, ideally in a leading organization, with a proven track record in providing accurate and effective legal counsel, contract negotiation, and drafting, adding value to the organization through the development of comprehensive contract documents that mitigate risk and penalties.
- Or a bachelor's degree in law with 10 years of experience, of which 3 years should be in a managerial or supervisory position, ideally in a leading organization, with a proven track record in providing accurate and effective legal counsel, contract negotiation, and drafting, adding value to the organization through the development of comprehensive contract documents that mitigate risk and penalties.
