Position 1: Junior Accountant
Qualifications and experience: BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or applicable field.
No experience is required.
Ability and Skill Required
Team spirit/ working in a team.
Interpersonal communication.

Duties & Responsibilities
Prepares payments by verifying documentation;
Documents financial transactions by entering account information
Assist senior accountants in the preparation of yearly/ monthly closings;
Maintains confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information nonpublic.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions; Issue payment invoices and provide receipts to clients;
Posting diurnal deals( deals, stock, and petty cash disbursements;
Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records, etc., as assigned;
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and continuously available when demanded.
Assist senior accountants in the preparation of yearly/ monthly closings;
Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Assist with colorful accounting tasks as required.
Location: Addis Ababa, Near Bisrate Gebriel Church (South African Embassy)
