Position 1: Sales Agent  

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 

Proven experience in sales or a  analogous role is desirable.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

Proficiency in MS Office Suite. 

A tone- starter with a visionary approach to achieving  pretensions.  

Position 2: plates developer  

Conditions 

Proven experience as a Graphics developer or  analogous  part. 

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other applicable design software. 

Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design chops, and attention to detail. 

Excellent communication chops and capability to work collaboratively with a  platoon. 

ability to work in an  systematized manner and meet deadlines 

Knowledge of web design principles and experience with both print and digital media is a plus. 

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual trades, or a related field. 

Experience with  stir  plates or  videotape editing is a plus. 

Familiarity with UX/ UI design principles.  

Position 3: Research Editor  

Required Qualifications Hold an undergraduate degree in economics, mathematics, finance, or any other related discipline from a recognized university. Demonstrate full proficiency in written and spoken English. Demonstrate acceptable time management, communication, and leadership skills. Have at least one year of experience in roles with a  analogous job description or applicable experience in research. Ability to work in a high- pressure, fast- moving environment and meet deadlines.  

Position 4: Reporters  

Requirements 

A strong passion for journalism and a commitment to pursuing it as a career. 

Willingness to work flexible hours. 

Fluent command of the English language. 

Strong writing and communication skills.

Ability to work in a high- pressure, fast- moving environment. 

Attention to detail and critical thinking.  

Position 5: ASSIGNMENT EDITOR  

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS  Hold an undergraduate degree in journalism, communications, or other related areas in social sciences. Demonstrate proficiency in written and spoken English. complete in Amharic is an added advantage. Time management, communication, and leadership skills. Have at least one year experience in places with a related job description. A

bility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.  

Position 6: EDITOR- IN-principal  

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS  

Candidates must be fully fluent in English, be  suitable to accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast- paced environment in constant communication with members of the editorial team. Applicants must have sample experience in content and production management, content and copyediting skills, and solid  directorial experience. A  professed writer and  logical thinker with a canny ability to craft ground- breaking cover stories and help coordinate strategic special reports.  

The right candidate for this high- level and high- profile position must have a solid understanding of the business sector.  

Position 7: Deputy Editor- In- Chief  

REQUIREMENTS 

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field. Editorial experience, preferably in a leadership role. 

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

Strong organizational and project  operation abilities.

Familiarity with digital publishing platforms and social media. 

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast- paced environment.

Candidates must be fluent in English, have exceptional background in writing and research in policy making, particularly  financial and  financial policies, and a keen eye for what makes a good story.  

Position 8: Creative Art Director  

Qualifications 

Training in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field. 

  • Minimum of five years of experience in a senior design role, preferably within a media or publishing environment. 
  • Proven experience managing a creative team, with strong leadership and mentoring skills. 
  • Expertise in design software  similar as Adobe Creative Suite( Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, including print, digital, and multimedia. 
  • Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to work late hours under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines. 
  • Strong organizational and time- management skills, with attention to detail.
