As we continue to expand our operations, we're seeking a devoted Junior Accountant to join our finance team and support our growing business. Abebe Mulugeta Genet Trading Import Export  

Position 1 – Junior Accountant  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.  

Experience 0- 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a commercial or business environment.  

Solid understanding of introductory accounting principles and concepts.  

complete computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and accounting software( experience with( specific software) is a plus).  

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and fiscal analysis. 

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.  

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.  

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities as needed. 

Position 2 – Accountant

Required Qualification and Experience  Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.  CPA or original professional certification preferred.  

Experience 1- 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, with experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.  

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.  

Strong logical skills and attention to detail.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.  

Experience in the coffee industry or similar agrarian commodities is a plus.  

Key Responsibilities  

Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts outstanding, accounts delinquent, and general ledger entries.  

Prepare and analyze fiscal statements, reports, and budgets to give perceptivity to business performance and trends.  

ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.  unite with the storehouse team to maintain accurate force records and cover stock situations.  

Conduct regular audits of inventory and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accuracy and completeness.  

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage procurement processes and optimize force situations.  

Assist with month-end and year-end ending processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.  

Support the medication of financial forecasts, friction analysis, and other ad-hoc reporting as needed.  

Implement process advancements and stylish practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in accounting and warehouse operations.  Provide guidance and support to other team members on financial and inventory-related matters.  

Position 3 – Export Documentation Officer  

Required Qualification and Experience  Education Bachelorette’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.  

Proven experience in export documentation or transnational trade, preferably in the coffee industry.  

Strong understanding of export regulations, customs procedures, and international shipping attestation conditions.  

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and precedents contemporaneously.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.  

Ability to work singly with minimum supervision, as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.  

Key Responsibilities  Prepare and process all import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, instruments of origin, bills of lading, and other shipping documents.  

Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of import attestation.  

Verify the accuracy and completeness of import attestation, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and requirements.  Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information and documentation for import shipments.  

Maintain organized records of all export attestation, both physical and electronic.  Stay up-to-date on changes in export regulations and requirements, and ensure compliance with international trade laws.  

Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to export attestation in a timely and effective manner.

Position 4 – Human Resource Manager  

Required Qualification and Experience  

EducationBachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field( Master’s degree preferred).  3 years of experience minimum in HR leadership roles.  SHRM- CP or PHR certification preferred.  

Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.  

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.  

Proficiency in HRIS platforms and MS Office suite.  

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

Position 5 – Warehouse director  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.  Minimum of 5 years of experience in storehouse operation or a related role, preferably in the food or beverage industry.  

Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing brigades.  

Strong understanding of storehouse operations,  force control, and logistics management.  

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.  

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.  

Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite
