Addis Bank S.C. wants to recruit employees for the following vacant positions. AdB is established by diversified groups of shareholders, Cooperatives, Micro microfinance institutions (MFIs), Iddirs, other business associations, and individual citizens. The major shareholders of the Bank are Cooperatives and their members. The Cooperatives are substantially engaged in the provision of financial services, export business, manufacturing, and services. The members of the major shareholders are mainly low and middle-income citizens. The Micro Finance Institutions also address the financial requirements of the “ Unbanked ” citizens.
Position 1: Junior Graphic Designer
Education: First Degree in Architecture, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Experience 1 year of applicable experience as a graphic designer.
Place of work: Head Office
Position 2: HR Clerk
Education College Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Management or related fields.
Experience 2 years of applicable experience, preferably in the banking Industry.
Place of work: Head Office
Position 3: Driver I
Educational qualification Grade 10 Complete with Driving License of 3rd Grade, Automobile, Public I.
Experience 2 years of driving experience
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 4: Senior Change Management Officer
Educational qualification: BA Degree in Economics/ Management/ Banking and Finance or related fields.
Work Experience 4 years of applicable experience, preferably in the banking industry; out of this, 2 years in officer positions.
Place of Work: Head Office
