Position 1 Junior Contact Center Officer
Qualifications BA in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Banking and Finance, Marketing, Management, Economics, or any other related fields.
Experience One/ 1 year experience in applicable fields preferably in banking.
Essential Functionality
• Collect overall feedback from the customers on the efficiency of the customer service process and report for posterior conduct;
• Sell the bank’s products and services;
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and effective and escalate critical issues to the concerned organ and follow up on the status;
• Manage appointments, inquiries or complaints from customers;
• Effectively and timely communicate with customers about the status of their issues;

Position 2: Customer Service Executive – II
Qualifications BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, and related fields.
Work Experience 1( one) year of experience in banking operation as CSO, CSR, CSE or related position.
Essential Functionality
• Engage and perform customer recruitment and account opening activities
• Initiates cash transfer from/ to cash,
• Receives and delivers physical cash from and to Casher,
• Collects pays cash and debit/ credits the separate accounts,
• Checks and balance physical cash with the Cashier,
• Retrieve customer signatures, and pictures and verify customers and,
• Perform other duties as required. Place of Work Batu
Position 3: Senior Project Advisory & Monitoring Officer
Qualifications BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, and related fields.
Experience Five/ 5 years of affiliated experience preferably in banking of which Two/ 2 years in an officer position
Essential Functionality
• Provide specialized advice and support to the project initiators who have submitted business proposals to the Bank;
• Screen loan application documents lodged to the Bank whether it's submitted as per the checklist or not;
• Provide support/ advice to the project manager with the overall management of project implementation and day- to- day operations( aligned with the work plan) toward successful project completion;
• Make a close follow- up on cases of the projects which are under appraisal and approval stages as assigned by the division; Place of Work Head Office
Position 4: Security Guard – I
Qualifications Grade 10th Complete/ 12th Work Experience two/ 2 years of applicable experience in Military service.
• Age Between 25- 50
Essential Functionality
• Patrolling and securing the area and ensuring the protection of properties and facilities
• Protecting the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues
• Authorize entrance of people and vehicles
• Report any suspicious behaviors and happenings
• Performs other affiliated duties as assigned
