Position 1 Junior Project Advisory & Monitoring Officer  

Qualification BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other related fields.  

Experience 1/ One year of applicable experience preferably in banking industry.  

Purpose of the Job To assist in providing project advices for those individuals communities who aspire to create business projects; monitor and evaluate their operations towards realizing operationally and profitably successful business projects.

Position 2 Customer Service Administrative – II  

Qualification BA in Management, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics, and related fields.  

Experience 7 years of Applicable Banking experience of which 2 years as Credit Analyst position.  

Purpose of the Job To enhance customer satisfaction by handling  frontal line customer service activities with due care and maximum efficiency; increase the Branch’s resource mobilization effort bycross-selling the Bank’s products and services.

Position 3 Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash  

Qualification BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other related fields.  

Experience 3 years of experience in banking operation as CSO, CSR, CSE or related position.  

Purpose of the Job To enhance customer satisfaction by handling frontal line customer service activities with due care and maximum effectiveness; increase the Branch’s resource mobilization effort bycross-selling the Bank’s products and services.

Position 4 Senior Auditor  

Qualification BA in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Management or any other related fields.  

Experience 5 years of applicable experience preferably in banking assiduity of which two/ 2 years on Officer Position.  

Purpose of the Job To ensure the branch/ district/ regions banking operation is in line with the Bank’s policies and procedures, and applicable laws and regulations of other governing bodies through continuously undertaking an independent and objective verification.

Qualification BA in Business Management/ Economics/ Business Administration/ Finance and Economics/ Marketing Management or any other related fields  

Experience 5 years of applicable Banking experience of which two/ 2 years on Officer Position  

Purpose of the Job To support the effort of  operation awareness, decisions and actions on responses to internal/ external demanding situations by conducting  profitable, sector based and other required researches.

Position 6 Junior Facility Management Officer  

Qualification BA In Purchasing, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or any other related fields.  

Experience 1/ One year of applicable experience preferably in banking industry.  

Purpose of the Job To  help in providing project advices for those  individualities communities who aspire to create business  systems; examiner and  estimate their operations towards realizing operationally and profitably successful business projects.

Position 7 Branch Manager Grade – I  

Qualification BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other related fields.  

Experience 7 years of applicable experience in the Banking Industry of which 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/ CSM or Relationship Manager or 7 years of applicable banking experience of which at least 2 years as Senior Officer in banking operation position  

Purpose of the Job To achieve sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank through cross selling the Bank’s products & services; acquiring & retaining customers, improving customer services and  erecting strong customer  connections to maximize  coffers  rallying efforts; managing overall retail banking operations at the assigned branch.
