Position executive Assistant – I

Qualification BA/ Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Banking and Finance, Marketing, Management, Any other related fields.

Experience 1/ One/| 3/ Three/ years of applicable experience preferably in the banking industry Purpose of the Job Providing support to the head of the department and other workers by carrying out pastoral, office management, customer service, and other related tasks in a quality and effective manner so that the relations between the organization and customers are positive and effective.

Essential Functions

• Receiving and distributing messages;

• Creating and periodically updating records;

• Periodic monitoring of office supplies and control of shortages;

• Solve office- related problems( including those under the office) and respond to questions or issues;

• Perform office tasks, similar as filing, preparing reports and documents for presentations, arranging meetings, and requesting ordering acceptable supplies;

• Liaison with internal and external customers;

• Facilitate travel arrangements, similar as flights, cars, and hotel and restaurant reservations;

• Conduct telephone, email, and postal communications in a professional manner;

• Perform other duties as required.
