Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in organizing workshops, trainings and conferences
• Facilitate monetary and body procedures (including provision arrangement) for trainings, meetings, workshops
• Support the IPHCSD project team in documentation of key parts of a coaching, meeting and workshop reports
• Work with IPHCSD project team in collection and following coaching on-line knowledge base
• Participate on IPHCSD project team meeting and document minutes
• Prepare and submit procural plans to procural units
• Closely follow up procural standing of submitted procural plans
• Assist the IPHCSD project team in numerous project implementation method
• Undertake alternative duties as could also be allotted by the supervisor
