Position 1: Branch Operation Manager II  

Job Summary 

The jobholder is responsible to manage, organize, co-ordinate, and control branch activities. S/ he manages the customer service function at the Branch and ensure functional excellence to deliver exemplary services for high customer satisfaction levels. S/ he also ensures that transactions are cost effective and profitable to the Bank.  

Qualification & Experience BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing & Economics plus a minimum of 6 years’ banking experience with at least 1 years as Branch Operation Manager.

Position 2: Customer Service and Operation Manager I  

Job Summary 

The job holder is responsible for managing the customer service function at the Branch and ensure functional excellence to deliver exemplary services for high customer satisfaction levels supporting the Bank’s growth  

Qualification & Experience BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing & Economics plus a minimum of 6 years’ experience with at least 3 years at functional work.

Position 3 Branch Manager – Class II Branch  

Job Summary 

The job holder is responsible to plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office. S/ he ensures that operating procedures, rules, regulations and code of practices of the bank are adhered to by subordinates. The jobholder leads the branch deals and customer service initiatives and guides branch functional excellence. S/ he prepares and submits periodic budget, functional plan and activity and progress reports.  

Qualification & Experience BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management & Business Administration plus a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in the banking sector of which three (3) years in a administrative position

Position 4: Senior IT Project Management Officer  

Job Summary 

The job holder is responsible to co-ordinate, support and control activities related to IT projects from initiation to implementation in the Bank. The role requires planning, overseeing and coordinating different IT systems of the Bank from  creativity to completion by ensuring that IT projects are completed on time, that the project’s objectives are meet, asked results are achieved and the most effective resources are used.  

Qualification & Experience BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields plus a minimum of 6 years’ experience in IT, project management and banking areas.

 Professional Certificates in Project Management areas( added advantage).

Job Summary 

The job holder is responsible to plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office. S/ he ensures that operating procedures, rules, regulations and code of practices of the bank are adhered to by subordinates.

The jobholder leads the branch sales and customer service initiatives and guides branch functional excellence. S/ he prepares and submits periodic budget, functional plan and activity and progress reports.  

Qualification & Experience BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance and Economics plus minimum of eight (8) years of applicable banking experience of which 3 years in a administrative position.

Qualification & Experience BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics or related discipline plus minimum of nine( 9) years of applicable banking experience of which three (3) years in a administrative position.

Qualification & Experience BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration plus a minimum eleven (11) years’ experience in the banking sector, three (3) of which is at administrative role.
