Position 1 – principal Engineer
Qualifications Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Electrical or mechanical engineering preferred. Experience More than four years of maintenance experience
Advanced knowledge of hotel functional material maintenance, with positive attitude, Good communication skills Chef Engineer Duties and liabilities Maintain the physical appearance and operational efficiency of the hotel including physical. Mechanical, electrical, plumbingetc.
Respond to resorts and management inquires.
Develop, implement, and direct all emergency programs. Develop, implement and manage energy conservation programs for the property to minimize expenses.
Train engineering department staff on correct maintenance procedures and assists in repairs as needed. Responsible for quality service, meeting/ exceeding financial goals, short and long term planning and day- to- day operations.
Leads installation of all new equipment.
Ensure the proper use and periodic maintenance of all equipment.
Perform daily and daily property document inspections.
Ensure property, grounds, physical plant and work areas are maintained to standard and that all safety equipment and conditions are to code. Include, but aren't limited to, the keeping of functional standard and the maintenance and repair of the resort, structure and all mechanical and electrical equipment. In addition the principal Engineer is responsible for all fixed and movable fire- fighting equipment
Position 2 – Sales Manager
Qualification BA degree or above level, marketing/ sales related education or professional background, hospitality industry work experience is preferred;
Excellent English and original language in the responsible area communication skills both in verbal and written,
Good at Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;
Proven success in a analogous role and environment.
Empathy towards your customers and colleagues.
Pride and attention to detail.
Polished particular presentation with Warm, confident and sociable personality.
Sales Manager Duties and Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of a Sales Representative revolve around the ability to network, make relationships with clients and persuade others to purchase products. There's a wide range of duties in this position, including to Conducts diurnal sales calls and arrange site inspection passages to hotels by commercial clients. suitable to provide quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the properties, develop professional long term business relationships.
