Position 1 Business Development Officer  

Job Summary

Position 4 Finance Manager

Job Summary  

Plans organizes, and coordinates the overall financial capabilities of Hope Enterprises; ensures implementation of Hope Enterprise’s financial insurance policies, methods, and procedures and updates these as required;re-formulates adapts, and ensures software of financial procedures to satisfy internal and external necessities; ensures that Hope Enterprise’s financial administration is aligned with its mission and values; supplies support and steering to Finance division employees in any respect levels of their separate duties; coaches and conducts efficiency appraisal of employees members underneath his/ her supervision.  

Duties and Responsibilities 

Plans, organizes, directs, and coordinates the general  fiscal functions of Hope Enterprises 

Ensures that pointers for accounting and  financial administration of Hope Enterprises are developed,  streamlined, and maintained; 

Provides info and advice on financial administration, financial controls, and procedures to the Commissioner, The Operations and Finance Director, and the other departments of Hope Enterprises;
