Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in sociology, languages, public administration, or a related field.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administration, reception, office management, customer service, or similar roles.
- Experience in an FMCG environment is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Data collection and report preparation.
- Document and records management.
- Meeting and event coordination.
- Office administration procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships.

Education
- First Degree in Purchasing & Supplies Management, Procurement & Supplies Management, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience.
Skills
- Experience in FMCG operations.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Expertise in inventory and stock management.
- People management and team leadership skills.
- Load maximization and warehouse utilization capabilities.
- Knowledge of supply planning and materials management.
- Resource optimization skills (space, forklifts, inventory, and manpower).
- Strong housekeeping and warehouse management practices.
- Ability to measure, analyze, and improve operational processes.
