Position Trade Marketing Manager  

Skills, Experience & Education 

First Degree in Marketing Management/ Management/ Economics/ Business Administration or related field of studies with a minimum of 5 years applicable work experience in sales and marketing of which 2 years in a directorial position  

The Trade Marketing Manager will report directly to the Channel & Trade Marketing Manager.  

Key Duties & Responsibilities  

The role will be responsible for the following 

Develop and deploy marketing plans periodically. 

Develop and execute marketing and business strategies and integrated programs that maximize profitable recurring volume growth and increase the long-term value of our brands. 

Spearheaded the development and deployment of marketing communication and the development of BTL communication objectives and ensured alignment with overall KO marketing communication. 

Develop the portfolio strategy and maximize long-term profit flow from the portfolio of brands within it. 

Challenge all aspects of the marketing mix in terms of understanding trends and their impact on Coca-Colala brands. 

Integrate all marketing efforts( advertising, promotions, and existential, marketing assets) within a harmonious overall brand/ marketing plan.  

Design and Implement Promotional plans & strategies by channel/ Regions 

Utilize data to anticipate competitive and consumer trends, assess strategic counteraccusations, and optimize business eventuality based on analysis. 

Challenge the marketing production cost to optimize the overall marketing budget. 

Lead, motivate,e and develop abilities of the business unit Marketing Team and provide strategic marketing leadership.
