Position Employee Relations Specialist
Qualifications
• minimal requirement First Degree in Law (LLB)
• Advantage Post graduate Labour Law qualification.
Experience 5 years of applicable and hands-on experience in HR and Employee Relations in a commercial environment working with labor unions, collaborative bargaining agreements, and external government bodies.
Key Purpose of the position is to build employee relations capability and enable management effectiveness through the execution of visionary employee relations initiatives and the delivery of targeted training programs. In addition, the peremptory executes ER initiatives within a region, facilitating the investigation and resolution of issues and conflicts.
