The Danish Refugee Council( DRC), international non-governmental association( NGO), has been furnishing relief and development services in the Horn of Africa since 1997. DRC promotes and supports results to the problems faced by deportees, internally displaced people( IDPs), and settlers. The association has services across the region, and has been functional in Ethiopia since 2009. With backing from bilateral and multinational benefactors, DRC is presently enforcing a range of conditioning across Ethiopia and Djibouti, including marshland and sanctum provision, child and youth protection, gender- grounded violence response, mindfulness- caregiving of migration pitfalls, protection monitoring of migration routes, and livelihoods support for returning settlers or those at- threat of migration.
Position – HR and Admin Team Leader
Education( include instruments, licensesetc.) College Degree/ Diploma in mortal coffers, operation, or applicable field
Experience and Specialized capabilities( include times of experience)
Minimum of 3 years of HR and Admin experience rather with an INGO.
Proven capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Demonstrated organizational chops and capability to work in complex and delicate circumstances. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain working connections across the association.

Overall purpose of the role
The Team Leader – HR and Administration is responsible for performing general administration functions, managing administration staff and play a crucial part in the overall HR functions including staff reclamation, contracts operation, chops development, performance operation, exposure, timesheet shadowing and.
The HR and Administration Assistant plays a crucial part in supporting DRC Dolo Ado staffing needs and works nearly with all directors and supporting the Area director liabilities Office operation insure timely payment of office rent and serviceability insure all office serviceability and architectures are applicable, safe and performing( i.e. creator, security system, health and safety. communication & internets, photocopies etc) Oversee all aspects of maintaining the DRC office inform the logistics of any repairs and/ or service as needed Manage the support staff( office cleanser and culinarians, guards)
Guest house and DRC – leased houses operation Oversee all aspect of maintaining the DRC guest house and DRC leased houses insure settlements and all serviceability are paid on timely base insure all serviceability and amenities are performing at all times
Act as focal point with landlords property directors on day – to – day base as necessary Make periodic visits to the guest house to check on status, and advise logistics as necessary Personnel Administration Maintain a thorough Knowledge of DRC HR programs and insure hand adherence Act as focal point on all issues related HR programs, and educate staff on programs through staff meetings in the FO insure labor force lines are complete and accurate assuring adherence to loftiest position of confidentiality Maintain streamlined Job description database Oversee leave operation, maintain leave tracking icing complete attestation for all staff movement Reclamation help in the reclamation process icing compliance to hiring procedures as outlined in the HR homemade Maintain tracking system of the reclamation process and collect yearly report on reclamation grease the timely exposure of new staff operation of HR processes – give professional advice to design directors on a range of HR issues insure the performance operation system is enforced on time help in development of periodic staff development plan collect yearly report for submission to the finance and Administration fellow payment & Benefits

Timely registration of staff in to insurance benefits package. Assuring staff list is current at all times
Examiner expiry of staff contract and advice AM/ finance & Admin fellow on timely base The reclamation processes icing compliance to hiring procedures as outlined in the HR & Administration homemade grease reclamation processes by posting job announcements, collect operations from aspirants, administering tests; vindicating previous employment by reaching references; scheduling movables; maintaining records and information Welcomes new workers to the association by conducting induction and exposure Maintain reclamation shadowing system and collect yearly report on reclamation Maintain streamlined job description database Oversee leave and R&R operation, maintain leave tracking icing complete attestation for all staff movement insure the performance operation system is enforced and completed on time help in development of periodic staff development plan.
Administration and Office Management Provides office operation secretarial tasks by entering, formatting, and publishing information; organizing work schedules of support staff;; maintaining outfit and office inventories Responsible for setting movables, arranging meetings, maintaining timetables, copying lines, entering data into computer systems
