Position Customer Service Officer (Maker)
Academic & Professional Qualification
Bachelor Degree in a business related field e.g. Marketing Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology or any other original field
Experience
Zero( 0) year of experience
Year of Graduation 2022 G.C and onwards
Not more than 25 years of age (for external applicants)
The Customer Service Officer (Maker) is responsible to make frontal office customer service support at the branch. S/ he will handle account maintenance, payment and collection transactions and respond to customer enquiries, handle cash and non- cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch,
Required Specialized Competency
Understands the introductory mechanisms of general financial products and services.
Good knowledge of Bank’s accounting and procedures.
Ability to respond to introductory customer enquiries and instructions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests.
Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications and good command of the core banking system.
Place of Work For Bule Hora Area( Bule Hora, Gedeb, Era, Haro Kara, Chabi, Mati, Era) fluency in Amharic, English & Afan Oromo language is required.
