• Fluency in Somaligna language( speaking and writing) is required
Experience • Zero( 0) year of experience The Recruit Professional – Contact Centre is responsible for assisting in providing support on receiving customer calls, address concerns or quires via phone or social media platforms. In addition, the role holder is responsible for prioritizing customer issues to resolve or escalate to the elderly Contact Center Agents to ensure that quality customer service is maintained at all times with the established service standards.

Position 2 Commercial Relationship Manager – IFB mandaatory Arabic language ability
Academic & Professional Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in account, marketing management, business administration, banking, finance or related field
• Diploma/ Certificate in Islamic banking finance or affiliated field is an added advantage.
• Experience in commercial banking is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Arabic language is mandatory.
Experience • Minimum of eight( 8) years applicable experience out of which two( 2) years in administrative post The Relationship Manager will grow and maintain a portfolio of clients within the assigned sector by recommending or selling IFB Corporate Banking products and cross selling other Bank products and services so as to enhance value- add relationship with existing customers. This incorporates strong particular drive in prospecting and acquiring new customers, pursuing incremental business within the existing customer base, managing customer expectations to sustain the business relationship and providing business advice that will benefit the client.
