Dodai Manufacturing Plc( Dodai), is a lately incorporated association launched in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia on August 01, 2023. Dodai is a fast-growing association with a charge of making e-mobility accessible to everyone in Africa through its innovative products and services.  Dodai plans to give brand new electric two-wheelers by assembling them here in Addis Ababa and plans to expand to major indigenous cities in Ethiopia by the end of 2024. It’s thus looking to engage dynamic Ethiopian talent to ensure the achievement of its goals.  

Position 1: Junior Procurement Officer  

Requirements 

Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or closely related fields 

0 to 1 year experience. 

Aptitude for math, proficiency with computers. 

Strong verbal and spoken communication skills. 

High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.  

Location Addis Ababa  

Position 2: Logistics Intern  

Requirements   

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or closely related fields 

0 to 1 year experience. 

Aptitude for calculation, and proficiency with computers. 

Strong verbal and spoken communication skills. 

High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.

Position 3: Business Development Associate/ Corporate Sales & Partnership  

Job Requirements 

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, sales and marketing, or a related field. 

3 years of experience in a sales role, with 1 year in a supervisor part with a proven track record of exceeding deals pretensions. 

Experience supporting and working with high-performing deals teams. 

Strong understanding of sales principles and stylish practices. 

Excellent logical and problem-solving skills. 

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration chops. 

Ability to work independently and manage multiple precedences in a fast-paced terrain. 

Proficiency in Google work space and customer service software (e.g., Trello, odoo) is a must. 

Fluency in English and Amharic (largely favored).

Position 4: Business Development Associate/ Customer Success  

Job Requirements 

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field. 

3 years of experience in a customer success or similar role, with 1 year in a supervisor role with a proven track record of exceeding customer satisfaction goals. 

Experience structure and leading high-performing customer service brigades. 

Strong understanding of client relationship management (CRM) principles and stylish practices. 

Excellent logical and problem-solving skills. 

A data-driven approach to customer success, with experience in utilizing customer satisfaction metrics. 

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. 

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

Proficiency in Google work space and customer service software (e.g., Trello, odoo) is a must. 

Fluency in English and Amharic( highly favored).

Position 5: Legal Liaison Officer 

 Job Requirements 

Bachelor’s degree in Law and other business fields similar to Management, Business Administration, or  nearly related fields   

0 – 3 years experience in a fast-paced environment in a similar position 

Experience and familiarity with internationally widely used project management tools  similar to Trello and Asana is a big plus  • Excellent verbal and spoken communication skills 

Excellent  logical and problem-solving skills; 

Excellent organizational skills and effectiveness; 

Excellent ability to foster relationships and maintain them 

Excellent sense of action, ability to set priorities and work under pressure with accuracy and dedication;

Position 6: Customer Support & Engagement Supervisor  

Job Requirements 

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 

6 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or customer engagement roles, with at least 3 years in an administrative position. 

Proven experience in building and managing customer support teams. 

Strong leadership and team management skills. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Complete in using CRM systems and customer support software.  

Ability to analyze data and generate practicable insights. 

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. 

Strong ability to justify and articulate the reasoning behind proposed team structures, CRM systems, and processes.

Position 7: People and Administration Officer 

Job Requirements 

Bachelor’s degree in business fields  similar to Management, HR, Business Administration, or closely related fields 

1 – 2 years experience in a fast-paced environment in a similar position 

Excellent verbal and spoken communication skills 

Excellent  logical and problem-solving skills; 

Excellent organizational skills and efficiency; 

Excellent sense of action, ability to set precedences and work under pressure with accuracy and dedication; 

Good knowledge of Ethiopian labor legislation 

Good experience working with introductory technology tools similar to Word, excel, email, etc.  

Position 8: Senior People and Administration Officer  

Job Requirements 

Bachelor’s degree in business fields  similar to Management, HR, Business Administration, or closely related fields 

3 – 5 years experience in a fast-paced environment in a similar position 

Excellent verbal and spoken communication skills  

Excellent  logical and problem-solving  working skills; 

Excellent organizational chops and efficiency; 

Excellent sense of action, ability to set priorities and work under pressure with accuracy and dedication; 

Good knowledge of Ethiopian labor legislation 

Good experience working with introductory technology tools similar to Word, excel, email, etc.  

Position 9: Head of Consumer & Channel Sales  

Job Requirements 

Proven experience( at least 10 times) in structure and managing a high-performance deals platoon, with a focus on both direct and channel deals for high-value goods. 

Demonstrated capability to produce and apply transnational-standard deals processes and platoon operation systems within tight time frames. 

Strong track record of developing distributor networks, including covering systems and incitement schemes. 

Experience in setting up and managing digital tracking systems for deals and crucial performance criteria. 

Excellent leadership chops with a hands-on approach to managing and supporting the deals platoon on the ground. 

Ability to align with cross-functional brigades, including BD and client Experience, to develop comprehensive strategies. 

Strong communication and donation chops for engaging guests and mates.  

Ability to handle multiple liabilities with attention to detail and high norms. 

Experience in mobility, automotive, or analogous sectors is largely desirable.
