Position 1: Risk and Internal Audit Head
Job Summery
Prepares periodic internal audit plans and work schedules; Identify risk prone fiscal, procurement and functional areas to properly address during the review to set priority, determine audit program to be used, techniques to be applied, sampling techniques to be used and sample size to be covered
Education and Work Experience BA Degree in Accounting/ Auditing 3 years working in micro finance, banking and insurance or related. Experience in Micro Finance Institution is an asset.

Position 2: Branch Manager I
Job Summery
The role of the Branch Manager is to plan, organize, coordinate, lead and supervise the functional activities and personnel of Branch towards the achievement of the objectives of the Organization. Manages and controls fiscal resources i.e., payments & bills of the Branch. Provides financing services, similar as loan, deposit, & insurance service to the community. Participates in the preparation of the plan of the Organization
Education and Work Experience BA Degree/ College Diploma in Economics, Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance or original combination of education and work experience. A minimum of 2 years expansive experience in the related field. Experience in Micro Finance Institution is an asset.

Position 3: Branch Accountant I
Job Summery
The purpose of the Branch Accountant position is to handle all financial activities transactions of the branch. Coordinates and leads the financial operations of the branch in agreement with the financial policies and procedures of the Organization. She he serves as the Loan Approving Committee of the branch.
Education and Work Experience B.A Degree in Accounting. 1- year related work experience.
Experience in Micro Finance Institution is an asset.

Position 4: Saving and Credit Officer( SACCO- I)
Job Summery
The purpose of the Credit and Saving Officer I position is to undertake social promotion that includes group organization, handle the mobilization of clients for saving and loan collections of the branch. Screens organized clients according to their preferences and facilitates loan appraisal, approved loan disbursement and schedule collections.
Education and Work Experience Degree, College diploma o or Level IV( COC mandatory) in Cooperative Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Management 1 year for BA and a minimum of 2 years related experience for Diploma and Level 4. Experience in Micro Finance Institution is an asset

Job Summery
The Branch Cashier I is responsible for the receipt, payment/ disbursement and safe custody of cash money of the Branch. S/ he receives and administers fixed assets and supplies sent from the branch/ or bought by the branch.
