Ethio Impact Consulting PLC is looking for a Customer Support Staff on behalf of our customers. Under the supervision of the Unit Leader, greets assists, entertains, and follows up on customers as well as the activities of the showroom of the separate unit. Arrangement and tidying up of displays. Reports on these issues, regularly to the Unit Leader verbally or in writing. Ethio Impact Consulting PLC External Vacancy Announcement  

Position 1 – Outdoor Sales  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field  

Experience 0- 1 years experience in a related position  

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.  

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.  

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.  

Position 2 – Customer Support Staff I  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education level IV/ diploma in Marketing or Management.  2 years ’ experience in a related field.

Position 3 – Call Center Operator  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education BA Degree in Any filed  

Work Experience( years) 1  Full- Time  

Duties and Responsibilities  Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly.  

Identify customers ’ needs, clarify information  Follow communication “ scripts ” when handling different topics  Forward calls to the right recipient  Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening to Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types  Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively  Has skill in feeding and keeping data  

Position 4 – Restaurant Manager  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education Bachelor’s degree and above 4 years of work experience in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (preferred) with Proven experience as a Restaurant Operations Manager or in a related leadership role within the restaurant industry.  

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.  

Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.  Financial acumen and budget management experience.  

Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes.  

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Customer-focused mindset and commitment to service excellence.  

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.  

Position 5 – Restaurant Supervisor  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education Degree or Diploma in hotel management or related field 1 year experience for Degree and 3 years experience for Diploma  Has excellent organizational and commendation skills  

Ability to understand the  requirements of a customer/ visitor  Self- Self-motivated and sales-oriented;  

Experience with several Restaurant operation systems  Ability to manage stressful situations.  

Creative problem solver.
