System Strengthening through Skills and Internship (SStSI) is an internship program for young graduates designed and enforced by The Talent Firm, commissioned by Target Business Advisers, and sharing Federal Ministries. System Strengthening through Skills and Internship (SStSI) will provide young graduates with precious work experience, an occasion to work alongside seconded elderly professionals at separate Civil ministries, coaching and meritoring programs, and a better understanding of both the significance and impact of public service. SStSI'll help young graduates, frequently facing an uncertain job market, apply their educational training in 12- month civil opportunities and make a difference in society. The gift Firm is now recruiting youthful talent for SStSI project, to join the civil workforce in support of Ministry of Innovation and Technology (MINT). The program places fresh graduates meeting the minimum requirements and selected from a strict assessment process, into poid internships and aims to develop a different pool of young talent for MINT

Required fields of studies

Bachelor’s degree in Management Information System, Computer Science or related fields
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Leadership, Development Studies, Business Management or related fields
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Needs, EdPM, or related fields
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related fields.
Bachelor’s degree in Hydraulics Engineering, Water supply and sanitation, Civil Engineering or related fields
Selected participants in the program will benefit from

A 12- month paid internship with a civil ministry to gain precious work experience
Professional development sessions, with clear performance review, coaching and mentoring components throughout the internship program.
Experience sharing sessions with senior public service leaders
In order to apply to the program, candidates must be Ethiopian citizens
Demonstrated passion for public service
Fresh graduates of ONLY the year 2023/2015 or 2024/ 2016E C. from an accredited educational institution in an undergraduate program.
