EthSwitch operates as the nation's centralized switching infrastructure, collectively owned by the entire spectrum of financial entities within Ethiopia, including private and public commercial banks, the National Bank of Ethiopia, microfinance institutions (MFIs), payment instrument issuers (PIIs), and payment service operators (PSOs).
EthSwitch must establish interoperability among financial institutions, execute a domestic payment scheme, and furnish a national payment gateway.
Furthermore, it must function as the central hub for clearing and settlement while delivering shared platform and infrastructure services.

Educational Qualification:
A Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design or a closely related academic discipline.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, marketing, or a related field.
A master's degree is an advantage.
Experience: Candidates must possess a minimum of five years' professional experience within sales or field operations, supplemented by at least two years of tenure in a supervisory capacity.
We highly value prior experience overseeing extensive, geographically dispersed teams, whether in field operations or merchant relations.
Prior experience within the realms of payments, banking, fintech, or telecommunications serves as a significant asset.
