Required Qualifications and Experience

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Manage general learners
Posing Journal Entries to general Lagers
Collect necessary documents for payment Preparation
Prepare Payments
Handling petty cash, preparing cheques, and making payments
To keep documents well-organized
Maintaining accounts delinquent and accounts outstanding
Analyse balance sheets, manage general ledger accounts
Willing to assist with colorful company tasks both in and out of the office
Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel is essential, along with the willingness to work in finance-related activities
Prepare yearly governmental reports similar to tax issues & submit them to the concerned authorities promptly
Interest in finance
Support and will be highly willing to assist accountants and senior accountants

Maintain and update the proper inventory master list of all Assets of the organization
Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs
Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repair activities
Ensure compliance with property regulations and safety standards
Coordinate property renovations and upgrades
Respond to emergencies and coordinate applicable responses
