Fresh Graduates Little is an apan-African, everyday everything, app and one of Africa’s largest lift-hailing companies, serving cities across Kenya, Uganda, Somalia, Zambia, Tanzania, and now Ethiopia. The Little app offers mobility, delivery, and payment solutions by connecting customers to drivers, enabling convenience and transparency for hundreds of thousands of consumers. The Safaricom- backed lift- hailing app which aims to rival Uber — first announced plans to expand into Ethiopia in June 2021, with then-Chief Executive Kamal Budhabhatti telling Business Daily it would invest Sh540m(£3.5 m) in the coming five years, with a further Sh540m anticipated depending on growth projections.

Qualifications
- High school, Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree or above preferred in Any field.
- 0 years and above
- Former experience in sales or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- We're seeking an energetic and results-driven Outdoor Sales to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to build relationships with customers, and close deals in designated out-of-door territories.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify implicit customers.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve yearly and daily targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, pricing, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and market share.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, request conditions, and competitor activities.
- Represent the company professionally at trade shows, events, and client meetings.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
