Position 1: Procurement Assistant (Junior Level)
Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
The Procurement Assistant supports the Procurement & Logistics Department in sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating the delivery of materials, equipment, and services required for real estate development and construction systems. The part focuses on administrative support, supplier communication, documentation handling, and ensuring smooth workflow within the procurement process.

Position 2: Sales Officer
Qualification: Degree/ Diploma in Marketing or related field
Experience in Years: 2 years.
Responsible for managing the entire sales and leasing funnel, from original inquiry through lease signing or property purchase, focusing on closing deals and maximizing occupancy.

Position 3: Sales and Marketing
Qualification Degree in marketing, business management, management, logistics and supply chain management, accounting and finance, economics
E.C. graduates with a 2.75 or above.

Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
