Position 1: Senior Staff Development & Training

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, or another relevant discipline.
• 4/6 years of relevant experience in the microfinance industry.
OTHER AND TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Strong educational design, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
• Strong knowledge of training technique, performance management, and organizational growth.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate business strategies into actionable learning activities.
• Superb project management skills, able to manage many training programs at the same time.
• Excellent analytical capabilities in data collection and reporting.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
• Strong principles, honesty, and commitment to staff empowerment.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Position 2: Senior Risk & Compliance Officer

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Economics and Finance/Management or equivalent
• Minimum 4/6 years of relevant job experience, preferably in MFI, TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS
• Knowledge of risk management techniques
• Good analytical and inquiry skills
• Great report writing and communication skills
• High integrity, confidentiality and professionalism
• Ability to work on own initiative and meet deadlines
• Ability to work well with others at all levels.
• Proficient in MS Office;
Location: Addis Ababa, Head Offices

Position 3: Credit Service and Portfolio Manager

Required Qualification and Technical Skills
• MBA/MA/BA in Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a comparable field.
• Ability to operate independently with little supervision as well as collaboratively in a team atmosphere.
• Proactive, result-oriented, self-motivated with a high level of integrity and ethical standards.
• Good planning, analytical, and decision-making skills. Well organized.
• Develops and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Open to constructive criticism and works well with others at all levels of the organization.
• Good presentation and report writing skills and ability to communicate facts effectively and convincingly.
• Proven ability to use appropriate tools and systems successfully.
Experience: 3 years
• 5/7 years of relevant experience, out of which 3/4 years were in a senior position. Experience in the microfinance industry.
• Understanding of computer operations and digital advancements in the financial industry;
• Showed an understanding of the credit appraisal and approval processes and procedures and
• Experience in screening new consumers and portfolio management.

Position 4: Manager, Deposit Mobilization and Branch Operations Division

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a similar subject.
• 5/7 years of relevant experience, 3/4 years of which were in a senior position in the microfinance industry.
OTHER AND TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Well-organized and able to coach personnel to prioritize workload and maintain high standards of work.
• Showed technical and management skills, solid judgment, and the ability to work effectively and productively with people at all levels.
• Leadership and communication abilities to foster teamwork and staff dedication to the company's strategic plan.
• Strong conviction in the importance of teamwork, gender equality, and ethical behavior with a high sense of integrity and responsibility.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities (written & oral).

Position 5: Manager, Accounts Division

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• MBA/MA/BA in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant subject. (CPA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification is a plus).
• 5/7 years of relevant experience, including 3/4 years in a senior position, specifically in the microfinance industry.
Technical and other skills:
• Extensive knowledge of financial reporting, tax laws, and microfinance accounting standards.
• Demonstrated technical and managerial skills, solid judgment, and ability to work well with varied teams.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of financial applications and Microsoft Excel.
• Leadership and communication skills demonstrated, and teamwork and integrity fostered.
• Strong sense of ethics, professional conduct, and accountability.
• Excellent writing and spoken communication and reporting skills.
