Position 1: Project Associate
Required Qualification and Experience
Education Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Management, Economics, Social Studies, Medicine or related field of study.
0 years of working experience( fresh graduate)
Demonstrated event planning and leadership qualities
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of documentation and other executive procedures.
Position 2: Project Lead
Required Qualification and Experience
Education Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Media Studies, Communication, Social Studies, Medicine, or a related field.
Experience At least 0 – 2 years of experience in project management, training, or media-related work.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in applicable software, including project management tools and data analysis software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A passion for education.
Position 3: M&E Project Associate
Required Qualification and Experience
Education Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
At least 1- 2 years of experience in M&E or data collection and analysis, preferably in CSO and NGO environments.
Strong quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills.
Proficiency in data collection tools and software.
Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience in working in Indigenous contexts and collaborating with Indigenous partners and stakeholders.
Position 4: Projects Coordinator
Required Qualification and Experience
Education Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Media studies, Social Studies, Medicine, or other applicable field or a Master’s Degree in project management or other related fields with NGO/ private sector experience.
At least 1- 4 experience in project management/ coordination and media development-related work
Team management and effective communication skills
Experience in project monitoring and evaluation
Advanced fiscal literacy in budget process and accounting
Excellent written, editing, and oral communication skills in English and other original languages
Position 5: Project Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Media Studies, Communication, Social Studies, Medicine, or a related field with 3 or further times of experience or a master’s degree in project management or other related fields with 1 – 3 years of NGO/ private sector experience
Proven experience in project management and media development-related work
Must have experience in performance arts
Must have audio-visual experience
Stakeholder and team management and communication skills
Financial literacy in budget process and accounting
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and other original languages
Employment Type Fixed Term
Duration of Employment 1 year with a possibility of extension
Location Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, mandatory occasional travel
