Wendem Kalid Migbare Senay Foundation( WKF) is looking for educated organizations to provide soft skills training for 250- 275 homeless and jobless youths as part of our employability training and capacity-building action, which is being coordinated in collaboration with GIZ.

Position 1: Accountant 

Required Qualification and Experience 
Education BA in Accounting 
Minimum 2 years experience in accounting 
Proficiency in  counting software 
Strong accounting, organizational, and communication skills.

Required Qualifications 
Proven experience in soft skills training,  rather than with vulnerable groups. 
Strong understanding of the challenges faced by homeless youth. 
Background in psychology, education, social work, or related fields. 
Excellent facilitation and participatory training skills. 
Must have a renewed professional license and a team of good staff applicable for this project. 

Key Responsibilities 
Maintain accurate fiscal records, including accounts outstanding, delinquent, and general tally entries. 
Reconcile cash drawers daily and ensure accurate transaction entries 
Prepare and deposit cash, checks, and other payments to the bank following security protocols. 
Prepare fiscal statements, balance wastes, and cash flow reports. 
Assist in budget monitoring, expense tracking, and variance analysis. 
Handle cash, checks, and other payments, ensuring accuracy and security. 
Issue receipts, manage petty cash, and reconcile diurnal transactions. 
Prepare bank deposits and assist in financial reporting. 
Support fundraising events by processing sales, and donations, and providing customer service.

Position 2: Development Department Director 

Required Qualification and Experience 
EducationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Nonprofit Management, Communications, Development Studies, or a related field. 
Minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, donor relations, or nonprofit development or in related areas. 
Strong experience in fundraising strategy development, donor management, grant writing, and commercial partnerships. 
Proven record of accomplishment in communications, public relations, brand management, and marketing campaigns. 
Knowledge of volunteer management, recruitment, and engagement strategies. 
Familiarity with donor management systems, CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools is an asset.

Proven experience in rehabilitation, vocational training, employment programs, and social reintegration initiatives is preferable.
