Position 1: Junior Dispute Settlement Officer
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, management, business administration, banking and finance, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum of one year of work experience in digital banking.
- Experience in dispute resolution, digital banking operations, or related digital banking roles.
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 2: Senior Dispute Settlement Officer
Qualifications:
- A master's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, management, banking and finance, economics, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum of four to six years of relevant work experience.
- At least two years in a role such as Dispute and Settlement Officer or in an equivalent position.

Position 3: Senior Payment Card Support Officer
Qualifications:
- A master's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, management, business administration, banking and finance, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum of four to six years of work in the banking sector.
- At least two years of experience as a Payment Card Support Officer or in an equivalent digital banking role.
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 4: Branch Manager
Qualifications:
- A master's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, management, business administration, banking and finance, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum of five to seven years of banking experience.
- At least two years in a managerial role such as business manager, operation manager, customer service manager, or in an equivalent core banking position.
Place of Work: Melka Rafu, Awebera, and Meskelegna Branches, located in Dire Dawa District
