QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND CORE COMPITENCIES

At least 6 months working as Retail Experience Executive at the Safaricom Shop
Understanding of English and local language both written and spoken.
Ability to cope with pressure from customers while delivering quality service.
Ability to counsel/coach staff and analyze customers’ behavior on the floor and take necessary actions.

• Applicable Engineering Degree or original specialized qualification( Essential)

• In- depth specialized knowledge of Core Network Technologies and the supporting structure( Essential).

• End to end specialized knowledge of telecommunication networks especially in Transmission, RAN and IT technologies( Essential).
