Position 1: Human Resource Officer
Education: Graduated with a first degree from a recognized college in management, business management, business administration, and human resource management.
Experience: 0 years and above. However, an educated man is preferable, especially from a health center.
skill: both Amharic and English fluency. Basic computer usage
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Dental Surgeon
Education: Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or an original recognized degree.
Valid professional license from the public medical/dental council.
Required Experience
Previous experience in a hospital or multi-specialty setup is desirable.
A minimum of 0 years and above have an advantageous clinical practice in dentistry.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: General service head
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, engineering, or related field.
Experience: Typically, 5–8 years in facility or operations management, preferably in healthcare settings, with at least three years in a general service head position.
Skills—
o Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
o Knowledge of government health standards and hospital operations.
o Proficiency in fleet and facility management systems.
