Position 1 – Accountant
Qualification & Experience
Hold a Bachelor Degree or original in finance, administration, business, or a applicable field Five (5) to eight( 8) years of experience in an original position. Experience working in a related position with NGO (donor- funded projects), business or transnational organizations is required.
Excellent accounting software user and administration skills; experience using QuickBooks accounting software preferred Knowledge of US government regulations for USAID direct contracts Self- driven and result oriented tact and enthusiasm for the job. Good mortal relation skills, integrity, and ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Package Proficiency in English, both oral and written Strong oral and spoken communication skills.
Position 2 – Senior Architect
Qualification & Experience
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in architecture( Master’s degree preferred) Ethiopian Practitioner/ Professional Architect License, or eligibility for license minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible architectural experience with public facility renovation design, site development, and collaboration withmulti-discipline engineers; experience with health care facility design and construction is highly desirable
Applicable design and site supervision experience, preferably on USAID or donor- funded construction activities
Experience in project management and coordination including team management
Experience working with detail building specialized specification. Ethiopian applicable license/ certification Expert knowledge of applicable codes and standards In- depth understanding of CAD, AutoCAD software and familiarity with other design software Proficiency in Microsoft Package Proficiency in English, both oral and written Strong oral and spoken communication skills.
Position 3 – Civil Engineer – Mid (WASH)
Hold a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resource Engineering or original Ethiopian Civil Engineering License, or eligibility for license minimum of six (6) years of progressively responsible civil engineering experience with public facility renovation design, site development, and collaboration withmulti-discipline engineers; experience with small- scale irrigation and water force systems is highly desirable. Applicable design and site supervision experience, preferably on USAID or donor- funded construction activities Experience in development and rehabilitation of rural and civic water supply systems
Expert knowledge of applicable codes and standards Proficiency with computer- aided design( CAD) software and Microsoft package
Excellent interpersonal communication, organizational, and time management skills
Proficiency in English, both oral and written Strong oral and spoken communication skills.

Position 4 – Administrative Assistant
Bachelor Degree or original in Administration, business, or applicable field Five (5) – eight( 8) years of applicable experience in administration for donor- funded projects, preferably for USAID Applicable experience, preferably on USAID or donor- funded construction supervision and design activities projects Expert knowledge of applicable codes and standards Proficiency with computer- aided design( CAD) software and Microsoft package
Excellent interpersonal communication, organizational, and time management skills
Proficiency in English, both oral and written Strong oral and spoken communication skills.
Responsiblities
Conduct construction site oversight on daily basis( or as the work demands) to project sites around the duty station and to other locations, as required.
Prepare site oversight reports and submit to Addis Ababa office on a timely manner. Follow up with construction progress and specialized issues for their timely performance. Provide specialized input and support resolution of specialized and other affiliated issues, as required.
Provide specialized input for any queries USAID may raise on construction works done by the implementing partners contractors as required. Up on approval from USAID/ Tetra Tech, liaise with contractors’ and implementing partners at site level about look- ahead schedules and specialized issues. Up on blessing from USAID/ Tetra Tech, give specialized input and backing to contractors and enforcing mates (IPs) at point position. share in meetings, shops, and trainings, as required.

Position 5 – Driver and Logistic Officer
Holed at minimum of a Highschool Diploma with a Valid driving license/ 3rd Grade driving License/ Minimum of eight( 8) years of applicable experience as a driver for donor- funded projects, preferably for USAID Knowledge of USAID rules & regulations. Basic computer skills are necessary for completing reports & preparing travel advances and expense reporting when required. Self- driven and result oriented Tactfulness and enthusiasm for the job. Good human relation skills, integrity, and ability to work under pressure.
Competent English, both oral and written
Responsiblities
Ensure good condition of all equipment under his custody, including vehicle maintenance and safety gear. Checking introductory maintenance (oil, coolant, water, tyre pressure, battery water) regularly.
Providing driving services for staff and others involved with our projects as instructed by line director.
Maintaining a diurnal log of all trips, mileage, and fuel consumption for yearly checking by line director.
Completing information required for yearly vehicle reports to be submitted to Office Manager or Security and Logistic Officer. Ensuring that all major incidents are reported to the Security and Logistic Officer immediately. Ensuring that vehicles are taken to the garage in good time when faults emerge.
Ensuring that vehicle is always clean.
Any other duties as instructed by line manager.
