Position 1: Graduate Trainee Property Assessor
Job Purpose
• To support effective credit decision making in the Bank by ensuring true and fair valuation of property pledge for collateral and foreclosure governed by internal valuation guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s Degree Civil/ Mechanical Engineering or related field with Zero( 0) years of work experience

Position 2: Branch Banking Auditor- I
Job Purpose
• To ensure that the overall banking operation at the bank’s branches is in line with the Bank’s policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations and ensure the adequacy of the internal control system of the Bank
Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or original with three( 3) years of applicable experience
• Understanding of the banking sector and its operations
Place of Work Head Office, Mekelle, Shire and Dire Dawa District Offices
Position 3: Branch Banking Auditor- II
Job Purpose
To ensure that the overall banking operation at head office work units is in line with the Bank’s policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations and ensure the adequacy of the internal control system of the Bank.
Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s Degree Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields with two( 2) years of applicable work experience.
Place of Work Addis Ababa, Mekelle, Shire, Jimma, Dire Dawa, Hawassa and Bahir Dar District Offices
Position 4: Commercial Auditor I
Job Purpose
To ensure that the overall banking operation at head office work units is in line with the Bank’s policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations and ensure the adequacy of the internal control system of the Bank.
Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s Degree Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or original with three( 3) years of applicable experience.

Position 5: Compliance Auditor- I
Job Purpose
To ensure that the overall banking operation at head office work units is in line with the Bank’s policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations and ensure the adequacy of the internal control system of the Bank.

Position 6: Sr. Branch Banking Auditor
Job Purpose
To ensure that the overall banking operation at the bank’s branches is in line with the Bank’s policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations and ensure the adequacy of the internal control system of the Bank
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field with four( 4) years of applicable work experience.
Understanding of the banking sector and its operations
Place of Work Mekelle, Jimma and Hawassa District Offices
Position 7: Principal Branch Banking Auditor
Job Purpose
To ensure that the overall banking operation at the bank’s branches is in line with the Bank’s policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations and ensure the adequacy of the internal control system of the Bank
Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s Degree Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field with Six( 6) years of applicable work experience out of which at least 1 year experience as Senior Branch Banking Auditor.
