Qualification
• A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, or midwifery from an accredited institution
• Ability to write poignant stories and beneficiary case stories
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites and work in different community settings, including underserved areas.
• Skill in organizing and applying community screening and health education conditioning.
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Candidates with previous experience in volunteer service are preferred

Position 2: Cancer prevention and care coordinator
Qualification
• MD with two years of experience and above
• Excellent communication and report-writing skill
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare providers
• Demonstrate timely deliverance of tasks and strict adherence to deadlines.
Place of work; – Addis Ababa
Position 3: Social worker( Part-time)
Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, psychology, or other related fields
• 2 years of experience in a healthcare setup
• Proven in kind/ cash fund mobilization records
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders

Position 4: Outreach nurses head
Qualification
• A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in cervical cancer community outreach activities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and meeting facilitation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office( Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• previous experience in supervising analogous outreach health programs
• previous NGO work experience and Training in cervical cancer screening

Position 5: Medical Doctor
Qualification
• Bachelor's Degree in Doctors of Medicine accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical related field
• previous experience in ensuring and maintaining high-quality standards in project execution and delivery, with a strong focus on quality assurance and nonstop improvement.
• Good reporting and Writing skill
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare providers
• Demonstrate timely deliverance of tasks and strict adherence to deadlines.

Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Doctors of Medicine from an accredited institution with a Masters's degree in project management/ public health or other related fields
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical related field.
• Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring
• previous experience of project fund mobilization
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in managing budgets and coffers for health- related programs.
• Excellent report writing skills.
• Willingness to travel for field visits and stakeholder engagements, if required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office( Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Position 7: Driver and logistic personnel
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 5 years of driving experience with renewed license
• complete in operating and maintaining vehicles
• Flexible and adaptable to changing driving conditions and environments
• professed in logistics, including inventory management, coordinating equipment deliveries, and ensuring smooth operations
• Excellent communication skills
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with an NGO
