 Marie Stopes International Ethiopia( MSIE), a partner of MSI, is currently undertaking a dramatic scale-up of health service delivery for low-income women and couples in Ethiopia. This includes expanding services in conventions and pastoral outreach programs into new regions of Ethiopia and creating social franchising networks of private quality service providers. Position 1: Scrub/ OT- Theater Nurse 

DUTIES/ TASKS 

General 
 • Provides nursing services, within defined scope of practice, to patients based on patient assessment and care planning procedures 
 • Performs nursing interventions  similar to taking vital signs, applying  sterile techniques including sterile dressing,  icing infection control, monitoring  nutritive intake, and conducting specimen collection 
 • Administers medication and observes and documents  remedial effects 
 • Provides pre-operative and post-operative  particular and comfort care 
 • Monitors patients’ progress, evaluates effectiveness of nursing interventions, and consults with applicable members of the healthcare team 
 • Provides reproductive health/ family planning education to individuals and their families.

Education 
 • BSc in Nursing/ Operation Theater Specialty Nursing

Position 2: Marketing Officer 

Roles and Responsibilities 
 • Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness and promote MSI Centers Services. 
 • Ensure the implantation of different marketing juggernauts of the organizations at Center levels and track the impact of the campaigns for decision-making. 
 • Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media( social, print, etc.) 
 • Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote the success of activities and enhance the company’s presence. 
 • Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution. 
 • Conduct market exploration to identify opportunities for promotion and growth. 
 • Collaborate with MCH/ RH Center managers and CSMs in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses. 
 • Mapping new Community-Based mobilizers( CBMs) and capacitate them for community awareness and Center services promotions. 
 • Work with all stakeholders Partners, and different originations to promote MSI Ethiopia Centers Services and create partnerships for possibilities of credit-based medical services. 
 • Develop and communicate strong brand messages reinforced through media stories, award success, and internal storytelling. 
 • Develop and execute a fully integrated brand marketing communications plan supporting overall brand strategy. 
 • Ensure the marketing communications plan for the brand includes internal and external customers through strong stakeholder planning. 

Required Qualification 
 • BSc/ BA in marketing, business administration, communication, or applicable field

Experience 
 • minimum 5 years of direct experience in the applicable sector/ field.

Desirable Experience of 3 years in, 
 o Healthcare service delivery management. 
 o Experience within the sexual and reproductive healthcare sector or related field. 
 o Track record in achieving fiscal and-financial targets in business management.

 o Understanding the issues surrounding the provision of SRH services. 
 o Understanding major policies issues of government health policies and indigenous policies.

Qualifications Requirements 
 Education BSc/ Diploma in Midwifery 
 Experience; Four years with a Diploma in Midwifery. Two years of experience are needed for a BSc.
