NICE is the first wholly privately owned insurance company, established in post–1994 Ethiopia, to engage in general insurance business. Its Head office is in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and operates through 40 Branch offices and 5 licensed Contact Offices located in Addis Ababa and different parts of the country. It started business transactions in October 1994.
The company is currently undertaking to attract good and professed manpower to the following positions.
Position 1: Senior Legal Officer
Qualification
• LLB, LLM, in commercial governance and business regulation
Experience
• Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2- year of service as a Legal Officer
Preferred Skills
• Having good teamwork spirit,
• Good ethical behavior and no previous correctional records,
• Demonstrate knowledge of, and experience with, laws dealing with government and/ or commercial contract administration, particularly contract negotiation, preparation, and administration;
• Good customer handling and serving approach skills,
• Willingness to accept changes and implement it
• Recommendable/ accepted for the position
• Accepting the given responsibility and being committed to overcoming responsibilities;
• Good former performance history and working discipline;

Position 2: Procurement Officer I
Qualification
• BA/ BSC/ MA/ MSC/ MBA degree( or original) from a university in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Public Administration, Business Law, Finance, Purchasing, or a closely related field.
Experience
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Procurement officer

Qualification
• BA/ BSC/ MA/ MSC/ MBA Degree from a recognized institution in Management, Accounting, Economics, or a related field of study
Experience
• Must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience in core insurance operations with at least 4- years of service at the administrative or directorial level out of which at least 2 years in a directorial post relating to claim settlement operations.
Preferred Skills
• Communicate information and ideas in speaking and writing so others will understand.
• Good competency in leadership and working in a team
• Good level of skill in negotiation
• Manage projects and program objectives
• Ability to show courtesy while serving customers
• High moral standards and ethical value
