Position 1: Finance Officer
Key Responsibilities
Manage all financial transactions and reporting for the project, ensuring full compliance with JeCCDO’s financial policies and Donor guidelines.
Monitor project expenses, ensuring they align with the approved budget and Donor regulations.
Prepare yearly, daily, and periodic financial reports, tracking expenditures against the project budget.
Support project audits by ensuring that all financial documentation are well- organized and biddable with Donor and audit requirements.
Ensure that all procurement processes adhere to JeCCDO and Donor policies, confirm transparency and accountability in the use of finances.
Job Requirement
Qualification
Bachelorette’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience At least 3 rears of experience in financial applicatiion, particularly in Donor- funded systems.
Experience in preparing fiscal reports for benefactors, rather in the humanitarian or development sector.
Proficiency in account software and financial operation tools, similar as Excel and QuickBooks.
Fluency in English and Amharic.
Knowledge of additional local languages is an asset.

Position 2: Project Coordinator
Job Summery
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee the perpetration of design conditioning in Debre Berhan and its IDP camps. icing timely delivery of all design factors. grease collaboration between JeCCDO, original Authorities, and Community Stakeholders to achieve design objects and insure effective service delivery.
Ensure the provision of food aid, cash backing,non-food particulars, and protection services to targeted IDPs.
Examiner design progress and give regular updates and reports to the Project Manager and Donor.
Promote and apply protection strategies for vulnerable groups, including women, children, and people with disabilities.
Ensure compliance with patron conditions, JeCCDO’s programs, and norms related to humanitarian aid and protection.

Position 3: Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer
Job Summery
Key liabilities
Develop and apply monitoring and evaluation (M&E) plans to track the progress of the design against set objects and pointers.
Conduct regular field visits to IDP camps to cover the quality of service delivery and assess the impact of design interventions.
Prepare yearly, daily, and final M&E reports to modernize the design fellow, Donor, and other Stakeholders on the design’s performance. insure that monitoring and evaluation conditioning cleave to JeCCDO’s M&E fabrics and patron conditions.
Ensure necessary medications and grease post distribution monitoring (PDM) for NFIs and cash backing within the span of 30 days of the distribution or disbursement and deliver quality PDM reports

Position 4: Procurement Officer
Job Summery
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all procurement conditioning related to the design, icing timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services. Develop and maintain procurement plans, icing that the procurement of design accoutrements adheres to Donor regulations and JeCCDO’s procurement programs.
Prepare and manage procurement attestation, including request for citations (RFQs), send evaluations, purchase orders, and contracts. insure transparent procurement processes and maintain accurate records for auditing purposes.
Examiner and report on the status of all procurements, icing timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
Ensure compliance with patron conditions, including clinging to any specific procurement guidelines.

Qualification Bachelorette’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
At least 3 times of experience in procurement, rather in humanitarian or development sectors.

Position 5: Project Finance Coordinator
Job Summery
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all financial matters related to the project across the Amhara, Afar, and Tigray regions, ensuring compliance with JeCCDO’s financial and Donor regulations.
Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring alignment with project objects and Donor requirements.
Ensure timely submission of financial reports to Donors, including budget forecasts, expense reports, and cash flow projections.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies in all project- related fiscal activities including the purchase of goods and services. Coordinate with internal and external adjudicators to facilitate audits and ensure compliance with donor regulations.
Job Requirement
Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced/ Master’s Degree is preferred.
Experience A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with a focus on Donor- funded projects, preferably in the humanitarian sector.
Experience in managing large budgets, particularly formulti-region systems.

Position 7: Protection Officer
Job Summery
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of protection activities for IDPs, icing the safety and security of vulnerable groups similar as women, children, and people with disabilities.
Conduct protection assessments to identify risks and requirements within the IDP camps, and develop tailored interventions to address those requirements.
Facilitate training sessions on protection issues, including child protection, gender- based violence( GBV), safeguarding and rights awareness for camp residents and community leaders.
Establish and maintain referral pathways for survivors of violence, ensuring access to applicable care and support services.
Examiner and evaluate the impact of protection activities and provide regular reports to the Project Coordinator and applicable stakeholders.
Foster peaceful conflict resolution strategies within IDP camps and host communities, promoting community- based protection mechanisms.

Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Human Rights, Law, or a related field.
Experience
At least 3 years of experience working in protection, particularly in humanitarian settings or with vulnerable groups like IDP or refugees.
Strong understanding of protection principles, including gender- based violence (GBV), child protection, case management, gender mainstreaming and rights- based approaches.

Position 8: Psycho-social Support Officer
Job Summery
Key Responsibilities
Provide psychosocial support services to IDPs, including counseling and emotional support for individuals and groups. Identify vulnerable groups (women, children, people with disabilities) in the IDP camps and coordinate tailored psychosocial interventions.
Support the development and delivery of psychosocial support programs aimed at perfecting internal health and wellbeing within IDP camps.
Train and tutor original staff and community members to make capacity in delivering psychosocial support services.
Examiner and evaluate the effectiveness of psychosocial support activities and give reports to the Project Coordinator and applicable stakeholders.
Ensure all activities adhere to protection principles and are sensitive to the artistic and social dynamics of the communities served.
Job Requirement
Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
Experience
At least 3 years of experience providing psychosocial support, preferably in humanitarian or conflict- affected settings.
Strong knowledge of internal health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) approaches in emergency settings.
Experience working with displaced populations, vulnerable groups, and marginalized communities.
Familiarity with Donor- funded projects and humanitarian principles, especially in conflict contexts.

Position 9: WASH Officer
Job Summery
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) activities in the IDP camps and surrounding areas, ensuring access to clean drinking water and proper sanitation facilities.
Conduct WASH assessments in the camps to identify requirements and gaps, and develop applicable interventions.
Oversee the construction, rehabilitation, and conservation of WASH infrastructure, including water points, latrines, and waste management systems. insure that WASH activities are integrated with other project components, including health, protection, and food security.
Examiner and estimate the effectiveness of WASH interventions and provide regular reports to the Project fellow and other stakeholders.
Facilitate community engagement in WASH initiatives, promoting power and sustainability of WASH services in the camps.
Job Requuirements
Qualification
Bachelorette’s Degree in Water and Sanitation Engineering, Public Health, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Experience At least 3 years of experience in implementing WASH projects, particularly in humanitarian settings or conflict- affected areas. Strong specialized knowledge of WASH systems, including water supply, sanitation facilities, and hygiene promotion.
Experience working with displaced populations or in emergency settings is an asset.
Familiarity with WASH standards, including Sphere standards and other applicable guidelines.
Fluency in English and Amharic.
Knowledge of additional local languages is an advantage.
