Position 1: Junior Auto Mechanic
Job Summary:
The junior auto mechanic will assist in the mechanical assembly, inspection, adjustment, testing, and maintenance of two- and three-wheel electric vehicles under the guidance of senior mechanics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the assembly of chassis, wheels, tires, brakes, suspension, steering, axles, drivetrain, and body parts.
• Perform basic mechanical installations and adjustments.
• Tighten bolts, nuts, and other fasteners using suitable tools.
• Support senior mechanics in brake and steering adjustments.
• Help with troubleshooting and repair tasks.
• Conduct basic mechanical inspections.
• Identify and report unusual noise, vibration, looseness, or mechanical issues.
• Assist in vehicle functional and road testing.

Position 2: Junior Auto Electrician
Job Summary:

• Connect lights, indicators, horns, switches, displays, controllers, batteries, chargers, and other electrical parts.

• Perform mechanical inspections and adjustments during the assembly process.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues.
• Check brake systems, steering systems, wheel alignment, suspension, bearings, fasteners, and drivetrain components.
• Inspect motor mounting and mechanical drivetrain connections.

Job Summary:
• The plant manager is responsible for managing and operating the electric vehicle assembly plant to ensure safe, efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production of 2-wheel and 3-wheel electric vehicles.
• The plant manager oversees daily manufacturing operations, safety protocols, and quality control in a light-vehicle production facility.
This includes managing staff, production schedules, supply chain coordination, and equipment maintenance to meet output goals efficiently and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, direct, and control all plant operations.
• Develop and implement annual and monthly production plans.
• Manage the assembly processes for 2-wheel and 3-wheel electric vehicles.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
• Supervise production, technical, maintenance, warehouse, and quality activities.
• Create and enforce production SOPs, work instructions, and process controls.
• Monitor production efficiency, productivity, material usage, and labor performance.
• Set up and track plant KPIs.
• Ensure proper handling and installation of batteries, motors, controllers, chargers, wiring harnesses, and other EV components.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in a manufacturing plant, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in automotive, electric vehicle, vehicle assembly, machinery, or manufacturing plants is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, maintenance, quality management, and plant operations.
• Knowledge of EV systems is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Technical knowledge of lean manufacturing and vehicle assembly processes.
• Problem-solving ability to address machine breakdowns or labor shortages on the floor.
