• Proven work experience as a Deals Representative
• Former experience in retail sales, furniture deals, or showroom operations is highly desirable.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and spoken communication abilities, with the confidence to interact with different customers.
• Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle negotiations, resolve conflicts, and provide solutions in a professional manner.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work across multiple branch locations as business requirements arise.
• Specialized Skills: Introductory computer knowledge, including POS systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and email communication.
• Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field with proven experience.
• Availability: Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on showroom schedules.
